Mr. Murtha graduated from Auburn University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2009. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Murtha went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Murtha has a background in litigating numerous areas of the law, including but not limited to; personal injury, commercial litigation, town code litigation and defense matters. Since joining Suris & Associates in 2017, Mr. Murtha has assisted in managing all aspects of the firm’s personal injury and commercial litigation cases from conception to conclusion.
Mr. Murtha is a member of the New York Bar Association and is admitted to the United States District Courts; both Eastern and Southern Districts. Mr. Murtha utilizes his practical approach in analyzing aspects beyond the confines of the CPLR to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients, all while tirelessly litigating to defend their rights.
