Cosette Rodriguez

Cosette  joined Suris and Associates, P.C. in 2017


Cosette Rodriguez is a Bilingual Paralegal who joined Suris & Associates, P.C. in 2017. She is fluent in Spanish and has over 15 years of legal experience in Personal Injury. She maintains her own caseload, including auto accidents, slip and fall cases and negligent cases. Cosette assists clients with their lost wage claims, property damage claims, No-Fault claims and bodily injury claims. She takes pride in providing clients with the personal attention and understanding of the litigation process. Cosette has experience is drafting various litigation documents including, Summons and Complaints, Bills of Particulars, Discovery Responses and Demands.

She obtained her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Katherine Gibbs School graduating with Honors.

John Michael

John joined Suris & Associates in 2014.

After graduating St John’s University with a degree in International Law and a Minor in Psychology, Mr. Michael went on to work in the banking and financial markets ultimately acquiring and operating a mid-sized banking unit based in New York with branch offices throughout the US. With concentrations in best business practices and a common sense approach to operations and negotiations, Mr. Michael brings a fresh outlook and a reborn energy to our firm. His experience and expertise lends to both the Personal Injury and Real Estate Divisions of Suris & Associates and allows our firm to marry a great business sense with the law when helping and servicing our client’s needs. Mr. Michael is a skilled Negotiations and Mediation Specialist. He has established himself as a great presence in the legal world and has recovered millions of dollars in settlement awards for our clients over his tenure with the firm.

Lou Mustachio

Lou joined Suris & Associates in 2007.

Lou Mustachio is a passionate and skilled Negotiations and Mediation Specialist on a quest to fight for the rights of injured accident victims. He has been with Suris & Associates for over 10 years and has recovered millions of dollars in personal injury compensation for our clients.

Growing up in Northport and having a passion for Lacrosse Lou attended Delhi University and finished his academia at Farmingdale State. Wanting to remain rooted in his community he purchased his home in Northport where he lives today with his wife Christina a Special Education Teacher in Queens, and his two daughters Madelyn and Macayla.
