She is a paralegal with experience coordinating residential refinance and purchase transactions. Ms. Vitucci is responsible for reviewing title searches, scheduling closings, conducting a post-closing review of loan documents, and resolving any post-closing issues that may arise. Additionally, she handles the preparation of legal documents including preliminary closing disclosures, CEMA documents, powers of attorney, and deed & transfer documents.
Leticia earned her B.A. at SUNY Stony Brook in Psychology and her M.S. from LIU Brentwood in Counseling.
